Frequent Courthouse Visitors (FCV) Badge Program Renewal
We are currently in the 2012 renewal period for participants in the Harris County Frequent Courthouse Visitors Badge Program. Annual national background checks are required for all participants and may be obtained by clicking on the following link: https://aissreports.acxiom.com/HarrisCounty/. A copy of the background report will be sent to Harris County Facilities & Property Management (FPM) within 24 hours.
Participants are able to renew their badges electronically by completing and signing the 2012 FCV Profile Update (electronic signatures are accepted). If a name change is applicable, the form must be submitted in person to our Customer Service Section, 1310 Prairie, Suite 140, Houston, Texas 77002. A copy of your Texas Drivers License/ID, or legal document is required to support the change.
Frequent Courthouse Visitors Badges are renewed every calendar year and are valid from January 1st through December 31st for a renewal fee of $40. Applicants with National Background Reports dated October 1, 2011 or later, will not be required to submit a new background report during the renewal period. A replacement fee of $35 is applied for lost, stolen, or damaged badges.
Corporate or cashier's checks, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are the only accepted forms of payment. Money orders, cash, and/or personal checks are not accepted forms of payment. Credit card payments can be processed online at www.hcfpm.net/payment.
